UNIFY Impact is supporting the development of a premium eco-resort on the shores of Lake Cyohoha Nord, located 35 km south of Kigali, Rwanda.
This project aims to create a high-end lakeside lodge combining sustainable tourism, energy autonomy, and an immersive nature experience. The development brings together eco-architecture, wellness, organic farming, and water activities to offer a distinctive hospitality concept in the heart of East Africa.
The resort will feature 26 lodges and villas, a restaurant and lounge terrace, a spa and wellness pavilion, a private dock, and a botanical garden, all designed with local materials and a deep respect for the surrounding ecosystem.
The project targets premium local clientele, expatriates, international tourists, NGOs, and corporate retreats, positioning itself as one of Rwanda’s leading eco-luxury destinations.
